1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Resona Studio website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided Resona Studio offers audio production services including vocal pitch correction, mixing, mastering and composing scores. Services provided are detailed on our website and are subject to change.
3. Booking and Payment All service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed-upon deposit or full payment. Payments can be made via PayPal. Final product delivery is contingent 15 days maximally (waiting period depends on which service customer chose).
4. Project review Upon receipt of payment, Resona Studio will review your project and reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion. Resona Studio carefully selects projects based on suitability and alignment with studio values and interests. Should Resona Studio decide not to accept your project, you will receive a full refund within three (3) business days.
5. Refund Policy Refunds are offered only under specific conditions clearly outlined at the time of booking. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed individually.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of their original works. Resona Studio retains rights to all proprietary tools, software, and plugins developed.
7. Liability and Limitations Resona Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Modifications to Terms Resona Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of changes through updates on the website.
9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Resona Studio’s registered location.
